The Avenida da Liberdade is a wide, tree-lined avenue that runs from the heart of Lisbon's city centre to the Marquês de Pombal square. Here you can find top designer stores, 5-star hotels, first-class restaurants, cafés, and shops. We wish you a lovely stay in this great city that is Lisboa. This two bedroom duplex apartment is set on a fourth floor in a building with elevator. There are two double bed bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an open space living room with a dining area that sits four people comfortably. The bedroom has a TV for your comfort as well as the living room that also has a sofa bed big enough for two extra guests. The apartment has wifi and AC throughout to make your stay more comfortable. Upon request and with the cost you can book a parking space inside of the building. In case you plan to arrive with your own car, please note we have a parking spot available for you. Keep in mind that it has an extra cost of €18/day. The parking is limited to 3 spaces and works on a "first come first serve basis", so please get in touch with us and we will send you a payment link in order to secure the parking spot for you. A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10 pm and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2 am and 50€ after 2 am Please, be advised there are ongoing construction works nearby. The works are taking place Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and no works on Saturday and Sunday. We have reduced the rates on the listing because of any possible inconvenience. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: – Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets – Dispose of rubbish appropriately. – Keep the property clean and tidy. – Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected. – Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. – To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. - In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
