I wanted to use my right of withdrawal, because the fixed selling price did not suit me, but the agency did not want to change it because it was going to be at a much higher selling price than the others since it allows itself to take 8% fees where others take 4 to 5%. Mr. Mazboudi mentioned that I took people for idiots that I lacked respect and that I had a psychological problem since I had signed the mandate. I never received copies of the mandate. Following my request for withdrawal. They still haven't given me my keys even though they received my registered letter 6 days ago. And today they are threatening me with defamation and filing a complaint if I post a review.
So-called investors were interested in buying my house which I never saw of course.
Obviously I do not recommend this agency if you want to sell your property correctly without being pressured.

Agency first on board very well unfortunately as soon as there is a problem or we want to leave problems arrive!! Be careful when you sign, do everything to keep the money and the deposit, even trying to remove €10!! For a fire alarm that was never there and WRITTEN in the lease but still manages to take them away from us to RUN!!
