      • - Unprofessional. We had a visit scheduled. We received an email 15 minutes before the visit that the agent didn't have the keys so we couldn't visit. We asked to reschedule the visit and some questions about the apartment. We have never received an answer although time has passed and the apartment is not yet sold.

During our first viewing he was chatty, professional and gave us all the time we needed. He even arranged with the owners for us to stay longer so that another family member could join us. I especially liked that he was in no way pushy and did not try to "sell" us the house. Once we had decided to offer, he handled the negotiation professionally and gave us immediate updates.
