      • + My first appointment at a property was canceled due to a technical problem, but this was corrected correctly. I got a second appointment very quickly. During my visit I was given plenty of time to explore the apartment without feeling rushed. It was a nice visit and Sam Van den Broeck gave me plenty of information. The pricing of the property I visited was good. I did not make an offer because the property was slightly outside my search region, but I am convinced that it will be sold quickly, partly thanks to Sam's expertise!
