      • - Yak immo questions you, wants to know your entire private life, imposes a "couple visit", to ultimately cancel the visit 4 minutes before time, when you are waiting in front of the property.... Thank you for all this organization ,just to see a facade!

      • - I come back to my old opinion which was very favorable. we bought and sold a property through this agency. very competent if you are selling a property, but be wary of what you buy there. They claim to only sell goods in order... my wife had clearly expressed her fears of a damp building, yet we discovered 5 different sources of humidity. in retrospect we should have seen it, but unfortunately don't have the experience of a real estate agent. incorrect information was provided to us during the visit. we believe that the house is currently close to unsanitary. the ceiling was repainted according to the real estate agent's advice for aesthetic reasons. this also helped to camouflage moisture stains.

      • - Yeurk immo would be more correct for this agency. You make a purchase offer for a property put up for sale and no news. No acknowledgment of receipt. I call very often and am told that my message will be relayed and that the property manager will contact me. I call more often to try to talk to him and to no avail. On the tenth time I was told that another offer was accepted by the seller while in mine I stipulated that I was ready to go back... In summary: no consideration of simple politeness, no professionalism and a big disappointment bonus. Yeurk immo go your way it was the house at 80,000 in Enghien. My offer was at 82 with, as I said, the possibility of outbidding. Not to be chosen, ok, no contact no return, no consideration! I hope you experience the same thing, we’ll see your reaction!

      • - A very bad time spent with their salesperson. She constantly judged us with her eyes, asked us very indiscreet questions and made us sign a paper (unheard of in 20 visits)!!! However, the prices of the houses they offer are very fair and they were very responsive to give us a good appointment fairly quickly. So, good responsiveness.
