BOOKING CONDITIONS Prices until 31/07/2023: -Stays from 1 - 4 months the monthly rental price is: 860 euros for single occupation and 1075 euros for double occupation. -Stays from 4 - 9 months the monthly rental price is: 760 euros for single occupation and 950 euros for double occupation. -Stays from 9 - 12 months the monthly rental price is: 725 euros single occupation and 905 euros for double occupation. Prices from 01/08/2023: -Stays from 1 - 4 months the monthly rental price is: 945 euros single occupation and 1185 euros for double occupation. -Stays from 4 - 9 months the monthly rental price is: 835 euros single occupation and 1045 euros for double occupation. -Stays from 9 - 12 months the monthly rental price is: 795 euros single occupation and 995 euros for double occupation. -If your booking is between these 2 periods, the price will change accordingly. For example, if you book from July till December, July you will pay the old price and the rest of the months you will pay the new price. -The security deposit and administration fee MUST be paid when the contract is signed.
