RESIDENCE This is a residence in the center with 7 rooms and 2 bathrooms, aimed at students and young people/professionals. Located in Lisbon, next to Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) BEDROOMS The rooms are furnished with a full bed and set of sheets, duvet and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and waste bin. In-room TV is available on request. COMMON AREAS The common area has a dining table with benches, TV, reading material, and access to the clothesline. Unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and common areas, and a telephone with free landline calls in the lobby. The house is cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff. KITCHEN The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and knives. LOCATION This location allows the house to benefit from a varied network of local commerce, enjoying a Pingo Doce, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks. TRANSPORT Just 3 minutes from the Arroios metro station on Av. Almirante Reis (Praça do Chile), or 4 minutes from the Alameda metro, the Casa Sanches is served by a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis! WHAT IS INCLUDED? All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas and cleaning up to twice a week) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies. Please be advised of the following: - Monthly contract: You always have to pay the full month of rent regardless of the day you move-in or move-out. - You have to add 50€ per month to the deposit and monthly price when there is a double occupation (if 2 people are renting it).
