It is an apartment with 5 bedrooms, a living room with a couch, table, TV, 2 bathrooms with showers and a kitchen displaying a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery but also pots, pans, and a table. You share the house with 5 other tenants. All direct consumption (water + electricity + gas + Internet and televisions) are included in the price of 40 euros (your credit) per person, calculated after spending divided by nr. of booked rooms, that is to say if the total value of 200 (example: 5 of booked rooms x 40) euros is exceeded, the rest to be charged in addition will be divided by nr. of booked/ rooms/ people per month.
