The living room has a nice sofa and armchairs, a TV with international channels and access to a nice kitchenette. The kitchenette has a round table for 4 people, washer and dishwasher, oven and all the utensils you need to cook your favourite meals. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy a nice meal or just relax in the sun. You have AC and wi-fi connection throughout the apartment. In case you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a baby cot with a cost. Fabulous location in the heart of the city offering shopping, tourist attractions, museums, and fine dining. Fully renovated apartment located downtown within walking distance from Chiado and Tram stop nr 28. If travelling by car be aware that you cannot enter the street with your car as it is in the historical centre and the street is closed for private cars. You have several gourmet food stores and souvenir stores within walking distance as well as restaurants. You are in the perfect place to discover the city on foot, you have a stop of the famous tram 28 in front of the building and you are at a short walk from Chiado and Rossio. A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10 pm and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2 am and 50€ after 2 am Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
