From here, you can easily reach the city centre in 30 minutes by bus. The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. The space: The stylish apartment is the perfect place to stay for a couple or a solo traveller. It is modernly decorated and has plenty of natural light. Enjoy the beautiful views of Lisbon from the open terrace and air conditioning in each room. The flat is located on the first floor, professionally cleaned and suitable for either a short or a long-term stay. The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. Essentials such as linens and towels are provided. Living, dining and kitchen: The living room features a comfortable sofa that can turn into a double bed, a flat-screen TV, an air conditioner and a dining area for up to 4 guests. The open-plan kitchen has all the modern appliances, including a coffee machine, mini fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is a table and two chairs on the open terrace. Bedroom and bathroom: The apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, 2 bedside tables and a clothes rail. There is a glass shower cabin in the bathroom, and bathroom essentials, linens, and towels are provided, along with a hairdryer. Laundry and Extra Appliances: The property is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and washing machine for your convenience. This home is managed by (hidden). Guest access: Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Please note that due to government requirements, you will have to present a valid travel document, upon check-in. Other things to note: Please note that property keys should be collected from our reception desk located on Rua da Boavista (hidden) Lisbon. A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2:00 AM and 50€ after 2:00 AM. License number: 121907/AL We want you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: – Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets – Dispose of rubbish appropriately. – Keep the property clean and tidy. – Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected. – Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. – To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. - In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
