Sunny Country House with Swimming Pool is located in a very calm and relaxing area close to Espinho (10km) and Porto (20km). It offers a swimming pool, garage, barbecue area, a small soccer field and even a swing for the kids. You will have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy summer days by the pool with all the fun and comfort you need! → Building Marvelous country house equipped with a Swimming Pool, Barbecue Area, Soccer Field, Free Parking (1 Spot), Swing for Kids and Hammocks to enjoy the relaxing days. The outdoor space is shared with the owners. The property consists in two different houses attached to each other, but still independent and private. The property owners live in one of the houses, while the other house is for the exclusive use of guests. → Swimming Pool The swimming pool area has sun chairs. → Barbecue Area The barbecue area has a dining table for a perfect meal time with family or friends. → Bedrooms The house has one ensuite with a double-bed and another bedroom with two single beds. → Bathrooms The house has 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other without. → Living Room The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed next to the wide windows and a flat-screen TV. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dining table and microwave. Additional Info: → City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → The property consists in two different houses attached to each other, but still independent and private.
