The separate kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a coffee machine, fridge, induction stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and microwave. It also has a bar table and 2 chairs for a quick snack. BEDROOMS & BATHROOM: Each of the two fabulous bedrooms offers a comfortable double bed with a headboard. There is a bathtub and a hand shower in the bathroom. OUTDOOR AREA: The small balcony has 2 chairs. Setúbal is a well-developed, popular resort town, known for its large golden sand beaches and marvellous historical sights. The city is located on the Atlantic coast, across the bridge from Lisbon, which you can reach in about an hour by bus or train. Take a nice walk through the quiet, scenic park Parque do Bonfim to get to one of the main local attractions, the Monastery of Jesus. The marvellous St. Julian's Church, which was built in the 13th century and then rebuilt in the 18th, is a short walk away. Don’t forget to visit Mercado do Livramento, a large covered market where you will find freshly caught fish, fruits and vegetables. There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: – Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets – Dispose of rubbish appropriately. – Keep the property clean and tidy. – Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected. – Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. – To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. - In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
