The entire apartment is bathed in 500 gigabit wi-fi and protected from noise and weather by double-pane glass windows and doors. The balcony view is up and down Avenida Duque de Ávila and the cityscape below. This apartment’s owners love to cook, so the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets. There is a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, teapot, food processor, toaster, and coffee maker for your use. The sizable main bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in wardrobe/closet complete with shelves, drawers, and hanger space. The room features a large colorful art quilt. The second bedroom can be configured as two twin beds or as a king sized bed. The third bedroom doubles as a den because the sofa folds down into a very comfortable one-person bed. All mattresses are firm and high quality. All bedrooms are quiet and dark at night, and have separately-controlled heaters, ensuring your good sleep.
