This spacious apartment(180 sq m!) is at a walking distance from the Praça da Figueira one of the main squares of the city and a few minutes walk from the main square: Terreiro do Paço. In Terreiro do Paço you can enjoy the sunset by the riverside or on the terraces/ restaurants in the square. We wish you a lovely stay in this great city that is Lisboa. This self-catered apartment is located on the third floor of a renewed building with elevator. It's a big and comfortable apartment with 180sqm and beautiful yet simple decor in downtown Lisboa. It has 3 ensuite bedrooms each with one full bathroom. You have a big and bright living room and a separate dining area with a big table for 6 and direct access to a fully equipped kitchenette. In case you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a crib and a baby chair with a cost. The property is close by the Santa Justa Lift and the São Jorge Castle - a historic castle in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon, located in the freguesia of Santa Maria Maior. A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10 pm and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2 am and 50€ after 2 am Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. – To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. - In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully.
