It is on the first floor without elevator. All kinds of restaurants and bars very close. Optimally located in the center of Lisbon, with numerous bars close by on parallel streets, markets and transport. Nearby there is also the famous pastry shop "A Brasileira" where you can have a coffee next to the statue of Fernando Pessoa. House rules: - Extra Guest: 25€/night/per person (Overnight guests) - Late check-in fee: A late check-in or an early check-out between 23:00 (11:00 PM) and 09:00 (9:00 AM) is subject to €30.00 overcharge. - Under request we supply cribs for 25€(Each-per stay) - We accept animals but with a fee of 50€ per stay/per animal. - Bills are included up to 200€ -The City Tax or Sleeping Rate: € 2.00 per person / night maximum up to 7 nights, applies to persons over the age of 13 years.
