This apartment is located on "Parque das Nações" where everything is new. This entire neighborhood was built just 20 years ago giving it an earned reputation of having the best construction in the city. Everything is tidy and organized in this area and transports won ́t be a problem as you are close to bus stations, metro station, port and airport. Being close to the sea gives the apartment an amazing view over the river and having a garage makes it a lot cheaper for guests coming by car as you won ́t have to pay the meter for having the car parked on the street. With a light environment and classic architecture this apartment will fit you whether you ́re coming just for a few days or a few weeks. . The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. All linens and towels are provided as also amenities for the first day as shower gel, toilet paper and so on. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available at the apartment for free.. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds and another single sofa bed on the living room give the apartment capacity for 5 people.. . . . . Check-in is made at the Welcome Center anytime between 15h and 20h.. Guests can storage luggage at the Welcome Center for free.. . Welcome Center adress: Largo do Rato, (hidden).. . . Please note that late check-ins are made directly at the apartment and have the following costs:. . - Between 20h and 22h - 15€;. - After 22h - 30€. . . . . . . We also have a personalized transfer service that picks you up at the airport and takes you to the apartment only for 30€ (until 4 people). If you would like two ways transfer the cost is 55€.
