The location of this splendid apartment is truly unbeatable. From here, you can easily walk to all the famous sights of Lisbon, including Praça do Comércio, Santa Justa Lift, and St. George Castle. The iconic Bairro Alto area is just around the corner, as well as the boarding point of the legendary Tram 28. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. All essentials, linens, and towels are provided. Spaces This elegantly decorated flat has all the elements of your ideal holiday, including comfortable furniture, up-to-date amenities and fashionable design. The apartment perfectly suits a family holiday or a trip with friends, and it has plenty of space for up to 4 people. LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN: In the charming living room, you can relax on a comfortable sofa in front of the smart TV. The dining area consists of a table and 4 chairs. The separate kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities, including a coffee maker (Moka pot), cafetière, fridge with a freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. BEDROOMS & BATHROOM: There is a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe in both bedrooms. The apartment also has a crib for children. The bathroom is complete with an enclosed shower. Laundry and Extra Appliances The property is also equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board for your convenience. Access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The 16th-century Church of Sao Roque and the fascinating gothic ruins of Carmo Convent are just a few steps from the apartment, as well as Praça Dom Pedro IV, one of the city’s main squares. All of Lisbon’s major attractions, including St. George Castle, Lisbon Cathedral and Praça do Comércio, are only a short walk from the property, and Santa Justa Lift is right at your doorstep. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important.
