Near Principe Real and São Bento. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, next to the city centre. Restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance from Bairro Alto, Mercado da Ribeira, and Rato Underground stop. We wish you a lovely stay in this great city that is Lisboa. This self-catered apartment located in São Bento street is the perfect place to start discovering the city. Located on the 1st floor of a renovated building without elevator this 90 sqm apartment has a nice terrace to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a mirror, a closet and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. You can access the terrace from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your meals and has a high table with 3 chairs in case you want to eat in the kitchen. You also have access to the terrace from the kitchen. The living room is very spacious and has a big dining table with 6 chairs in case you want to invite some friends over or even put up a workspace, a sofa bed for one, cable tv and a lounge chair the perfect place to read a book or research about places to visit. You have two big windows that are actually small typical balconies that let the light in. The apartment has wifi access throughout and portable heaters for winter. In case you are travelling by car you have a public (paid) parking a few meters from the apartment. Be aware that parking on the street is also paid and most places are only for residents. If you need a baby cot or a high chair be sure to let us know (upon request and with cost). A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10 pm and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2 am and 50€ after 2 am. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. – To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. - In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
