The cosy living area has a comfortable double sofa bed, and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the dining table is great for social eating together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and more, to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The first bedroom is complete with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel quality linens as well as a chest of drawers with plenty of storage space for you to make use of. The other bedroom is complete with 2 single beds, which will be made up of quality linens for your comfort. I hope you have a fantastic stay! Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe street where the authentic soul of Lisboa still resides, with 100m of numerous small restaurants, 1 supermarket and typically Portuguese grocery shops. This boulevard, built in the 19th century in the style of the Champs-Elysees in Paris, is the main avenue of the city. It runs north for a mile (1.6km) from Restauradores to Marquês de Pombal Square and is more than 300 feet (90m) wide. Today the avenue still has a certain elegance with fountains and cafe tables shaded by trees, as well as a pavement decorated with abstract patterns. Some of the original mansions have been preserved, and many are outstanding from an architectural standpoint. We also have a personal transfer service to and from the airport to our apartment. Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 has a surcharge of EUR 30. Fees to be paid upon arrival. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 150€ included. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. Free Wifi!
