It is perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood, housed in a historic building with Scandinavian-inspired minimalist décor. The apartment has been completely renovated and is furnished with all modern comforts and conveniences. There is a lot of natural sunlight during the day, which makes it the perfect setting for those who like to be outdoors. Perfect for remote workers, it has dedicated spaces equipped with work-desk, fast wi-fi and usb plugs. Paid street parking (Monday to Friday) is accessible near the house and free street parking is nearby. The apartment has three bedrooms, a main living area and two bathrooms: the first bedroom is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and quality bedding to ensure a good night's rest. It has a soft mattress and a private bathroom, meaning you can have your own space to get ready for the day. Plus, there is a work desk, if you need extra workspace. The second bedroom is equally well equipped, with a double bed, a clothes rack with hangers, hotel-quality linens, and a soft mattress. It has a door leading to the third bedroom, which has a comfortable single bed, a clothes rack with hangers, hotel-quality linens, a soft mattress, and a desk. The third bedroom is ideal for children or anyone who wants to use the bedroom as an office. The living area is spacious, with plenty of natural sunlight streaming in through the large windows. From the small balcony you can have a view of the river. It has Scandi-inspired decor, furnished with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed and a dining table for six people, easily extendable for eight. The kitchen, accessible from the living area, is fully equipped and has a small dining table for two, a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods for you to enjoy and relax freely, and a washing machine to conveniently refresh your clothes throughout your stay. The laundry area is connected to the bathroom complete with shower, first aid kit, toiletries and towels. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! NOTES: Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
