About 30 minutes drive from Aveiro and Porto, you also have access to other locations through the nearby train station (about 10 minutes by car). In addition to this, the villa has to a swimming pool (shared), tennis court and has a private garden with barbecue facilities. It's absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends looking for some relaxing days close to the beach. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms, one with 2 Single Beds and two ensuite bedrooms with 2 Queen-Size Beds. → Bathrooms The apartment has three bathrooms, two with shower and one with shower and bathtub. → Living Room/Dining Room The living room has a cozy sofa-bed for 2 more guests, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, central heating and dining table for 8. → Garden In the garden you will find a barbecue and an exterior dining table to enjoy a glass of wine and a nice meal. → Swimming Pool The guests have full access to a shared Swimming Pool. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and manual coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox.
