You can find a comfortable seating area where you can rest, and a TV, so you can enjoy watching your favourite shows in all comfort. A fully equipped modern kitchen is at your disposal. It has all the essential cookware and cutleries, that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal, such as an oven and a microwave. The bedrooms are fitted with a queen-sized bed, a bunk bed and a couch bed, all lined with hotel-quality linens giving you a perfect night of sleep, and plenty of storage room. And the contemporary bathrooms contain all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower and a hairdryer; Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. During your stay, you will have access to 2 indoor private parking lots, storage in the basement and a common swimming pool on the rooftop The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. This vibrant neighbourhood is home to some of the city's best attractions, including the Castelo de S. Jorge and the Santa Justa Lift. There are also plenty of great restaurants and bars to enjoy, including the Hard Rock Cafe and Cervejaria Trindade. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
