LIVING ROOM, DINING & KITCHEN: The living room has 2 sofas that can turn into single beds, a coffee table, and a smart TV. The modern dining area consists of a wooden table and 2 benches. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a coffee machine, fridge, induction stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.6 x 2m), 2 bedside tables and 1 cabinet. There is an enclosed shower and a bidet in the bathroom. OUTDOOR AREA: The apartment has a large balcony with lounge facilities and a table football. COMMON AREAS: All in common use with other condominium residents, two swimming pools—one outside and one indoors—a tennis court, and a gym are free for guests’ use . Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Guests are free to use the 2 swimming pools, tennis court, and gym which are in common use with other residents. The apartment is on the ground floor level. Check-in Information: An (hidden) employee will welcome you to the property, give a tour, and provide keys. Late Check-in Fees (Due in cash upon arrival) 10 PM to 12 AM: 30€ 12 AM to 2 AM: 40€ After 2 AM: 50€ Other things to note \*\*Please note that guests are obligated to pay a city tax due to local government law. This city tax varies between cities, and it is not included in the accommodation fare and cleaning fee. There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: – Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets – Dispose of rubbish appropriately. – Keep the property clean and tidy. – Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected. – Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. – To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. - In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully.
