The Eco Student Rez has just been renovated in the summer of 2018 and offers 3 en-suite bedrooms with a private bathroom and 3 regular bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a dresser and big storage drawers and have internet access through WiFi or Ethernet cable. The residence also has a big fully equiped shared kitchen, a cosy living room with cable TV and a big outside area divided in different environments to enjoy the sunny Portuguese weather. Storage space is also available in the garage to keep your surf boards, bicycle,... safe at night! Eco Student Rez is located in the center of a Parede with all type of facilities coffee shop, groceries, open day market, banks, train station at walking distance. The beach is only 10 min walking and the NOVA SBE Campus is 3km away. You can also reach Lisbon, Cascais or Sintra in about 20-30 min by train.
