The space This classic apartment will be your perfect temporary home in a traditional Lisbon building. The flat is smartly decorated in a bright palette, elegantly furnished, and it has more than enough space for everyone. The apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends, and it is professionally cleaned and suitable for a short- or long-term stay. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Essentials, linens, and towels are provided. LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN: The stylish living room has a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a working desk with a chair. There is also a small sofa bed suitable for a child. The dining area can seat up to 4 people. The separate sparkling white kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. It also has a table and 2 chairs for a quick snack. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a cabinet for your belongings. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and a small children’s area with a table and 2 chairs. Both bathrooms have bathtubs, and bathroom essentials, linens, and towels are provided. Please note that the property keys need to be collected from our reception desk on Rua da Boavista 78, Lisbon. A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2:00 AM and 50€ after 2:00 AM. Please note that due to government requirements, you will have to present a valid travel document, upon check-in. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. – To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. - In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully.
