The Rato subway is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, making it easy and carefree to get around the city center. → Building The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator. → Bedroom The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with desk and balcony and the other with air conditioning and walking closet. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. → Living Room The living room is an open space with a dining table, has a flat screen TV, a cozy sofa and air conditioning. → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, and filter coffee maker (coffee not included).
