This modern, spacious and bright apartment with elevator in the building is located in Saldanha, the central part of the city and near the famous Guldenkian Garden and close to Tecnico University. In one of the main avenues in Lisbon, this apartment offers real quality and confort to rest during vacations. The metro station "Saldanha" is 250 meters away and connects the apartment to Lisbon's downtown in 10 minutes. Very well supplied with supermarkets, restaurants and some beautiful gardens to have a nice walk. Definitely an amazing place to stay in Lisbon either with family or friends!. The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The design and functional decoration gives the apartment a feeling of being at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. All linens and towels are provided as also amenities for the first day as shower gel, toilet paper and so on. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available at the apartment for free. . One bedroom with double bed, and a sofa bed gives the apartment the capacity for 4 people.. . . . . Check-in is made at the Welcome Center anytime between 15h and 20h.. Guests can storage luggage at the Welcome Center for free.. . Welcome Center adress: Avenida Duque De Ávila 110A.. . . Please note that late check-ins are made directly at the apartment and have the following costs:. . - Between 20h and 22h - 15€;. - After 22h - 30€. . . . . .
